Idaho Digital Productions is available 24hrs a day 7days a week for urgent depositions, crime scene videography, or for crash scene video evidence gathering.  Call Jason Robinson at (208) 724-7600.  Common Legal Videography Services Include:

  • Video depositions: tape depositions for use and presentation in trial.
  • Video wills: on-camera readings and signings of a testator or testatrix’ last will and testament.
  • Video settlement documentaries (VSDs): video demonstrations of a plaintiff or defendant’s case to be shown at a preliminary hearing, designed to prevent a case from going to court.
  • Day in the Life video: brief documentaries in which an attorney can illustrate how an injury or incident affected the daily life of his or her client.
  • Pre-construction video surveys: document the areas surrounding a construction site before work begins, designed to pre-empt future lawsuits alleging property damage caused by construction in those areas.
  • Construction draw videos: document the completion of contractor “milestones” in a construction project.

Leval Videography services are available anywhere 1000 miles of Boise*, which is to say where ever you need them on this continent. On location / crime scene videography services are also available for urgent evidence gathering or to document the scene in greater detail than possible by written reports or with still photography.

Our legal videography services are filmed with a 3CCD Canon GL2 digital camera on MiniDV tape media which is yours to keep.  Final delivery is also available on DVD, VHS, or MPEG-1 for use with VideoNote or Summation for simultaneous sub-captioning.

Delivery times vary depending on length of the session, post production requirements, etc, and generally take around 2 business days to several weeks (for Day In The Life videos).  This allows time for transfer from MiniDV tape to DVD as well as transfer to VHS tape if requested.

Live event transfer to DVD / VHS is available upon request*** eliminating any delay in receiving the video deposition.
